What is the name of your state? Georgia

A civil suit judgment was filed against me by State Farm Insurance Company pertaining to a car accident that occurred on March 27th 2001.

The attorney for State Farm, Ronald Parnell, had my CDL licenses suspended (I am a Truck Driver) on July 24, 2005 and the Attorney also had a lien placed on my house/property.

Only to find On March 24, 2006 (exactly 10 months later). State Farm had been paid on the claim several years prior. State Farm did not conduct an investigation before filing a judgment against me.

The Attorney for State Farm mailed releases for my license and property to my home without any explanation or apology.

I felt paralyzed, hopeless, and abandoned. I was persecuted without warrant, I almost lost everything I owned and my family over this malicious act. My whole life and being was put on hold at State Farm’s discretion.

I want to pursue legal recourse for all the wrong that was done to me in ERROR. Please let me know what action can be taken and/or how to proceed.

Send a letter, CRRR to State Farm and outline your losses in detail and demand immediate payment for their negligence. After they deny your claim, I would suggest seeing a local attorney.
