I am from India and my fiancee is from US. We met each other in July 2016 while she was doing internship in India. She left to US in December 2016 and we missed each other. So she came back on tourist VISA to be with me till mid July.

Before I met her, I was in process of applying for Masters in USA. I have been admitted in TX for Fall 2017. We are in love and have decided to move TX together in August 2017. We are thinking of getting court marriage in India.

Since I am an International graduate student so I need to apply for F-1 VISA. I assume F-1 is an non-immigrant VISA and sole purpose is for education with NO intention of immigration or marriage. So, I am confused as I am thinking of getting education as well as getting married and immigrate to USA. Though, No immediate intention to file for US citizenship as I don't want to loose my inheritance (property) in India. This is something I don't have much clarity related to Indian property laws.
So, please advise the right thing to do, how to proceed as I am trying not to "knowingly deceive US Government" and be as transparent as possible.
Please let me know if you can help me.
Regards,
Ashish
