I was looking at a web page of a furniture store, and they had a very nice package deal for a bedroom set.
When I visited the showroom the next day to look at it in person, they told me they no longer carry that brand.
I contacted the customer service center, but have been getting conflicting answers to it's availablility, apparently the package deal advertised was incorrect - the price was suppose to be for the bed only - not all the pieces that it had listed.
What recourse do I have in a case like this - are they bound by the ad on their website? I have saved and printed them all.

They have the right to admit there was a error in the ad and to tell you. And that is what they did. I would be willing to guess they also have a disclaimer somewhere in the ad too.
