I recently listed an item for sale on eBAY and the person who won the auction said he wouldn't pay unless I dropped some of the fees. Anyway, now I have been getting harassing email from this person daily and now he has made reference to me thinking about him each time I change my childrens diapers (he knew I had kids because I purchased diaper coupons at eBAY). Today, I just received another email that said he would be sending someone to my house to pick up the items from the auction. I have sent this persons messages to eBAY and they said it is a "postmaster issue" so I sent them there also. Right after his last message yesterday, I started recieving emails from pornographic websites that were saying someone just signed me up. This is sick. What can I do legally? Isn't there a law of some sort when pornography as well as mention of children is placed in context like this?

Report this to eBay again and to the local police department. I suspect that you are right in that the guy is harrassing you, and that is a crime and also civilly actionable, but proof may be difficult.
