I am trying to find out where I can obtain information regarding a California case where a person selling over the internet was sued by the purchaser & the court upheld the sellers position.

Thank you for the reply. I am in Texas & could not find anything in Houston/Dallas newspapers. Heard it briefly mentioned on a.m.talk radio...perhaps I will give them a call.
