Internet Healthstore scam

I and about 50 other people bought a health store web site from a Canadian firm. They also offer internet promotions. The claims have all been verbal and their contract states they make no guarantees. However, none of the people have made even 1% back on their investment and I know that this company knows there will never be a positive ROI. Do we have any recourse? Is a class action suit a possibility?

Unless you can show some clear fraud, and with the 'disclaimer' statements shown in your post that will probably be unlikely, I think you have a very slim (if any) chance of recovery.
