state of florida;my employer has posted my picture on the internet without my permission, is this allowed, what can i do about it?

Is it work related? If so you may have no say in the matter if it's in your contract or part of the employee agreement. Why does it bother you anyway?

I suspect you can easily have it removed if you quit?

Yes, it is work related (it is a picture of myself at a Board Meeting) but it is not in a contract or employment agreement. It bothers me because I don't like pictures of myself and don't want the world to look at my face. Do I have to quit my job to have it removed? I like my job and don't really want to quit
