i am the non-custonial parent living in arkansas, my children live in texas, our primary way of communication is via internet. i am currently studing to become a web pade designer. i created a web page and put some photos of my children on it and now their mother has threaten to sue me, can she do this? the childrens ages or 14 and 12.

This is a tough issue. Most likely, she will not be able to sure you. You are protected by freedom of the press. She will most likely have no grounds for a suit unless the photos are pornographic or there are special circumstances. From what you have given I don't feel there are any laws broken. But then again she could say your actions have cause some sort of "damages" but as I said before it is highly unlikely.
