My response:
I don't believe you have a Cause of Action.
During a marriage, there is a rebuttable presumption that each spouse has permission from the other to do things during the marriage that involves the other; e.g., enter in contracts, or to even post photos. The things done by either spouse during marriage are presumed to be for the benefit of the marriage - - no matter how distainful they might be later to one of the parties, or to third persons.
Of course, one of the objects of marriage is not to cause embarrassment to the other; i.e., to be a partner for the betterment of the relationship. But, that presumption is always there, and you'll have a "hard row to hoe" to prove that you didn't give him, at least, tacit or implied approval. The presumption can be overcome only by clear and convincing evidence.
