Obsenity is illegal. Pornography is not. Therefore pornography is not obsenity. If it were, it would be illegal. There is nothing complicated about this distinction other than that some people don't use the legally correct definition of obsenity.

A verbal exchange is not a "furnishing" as defined by the statute. And even if it was, mere words by themselves cannot be pornography.

First, the word is "obscenity" not obsenity. Second, it is defined by each state, based on contemporary community standards. There is no one definition or one statute. Three, read the laws on obscenity and pornography as they apply to minors.

Thanx

Thanx for advice all But the thread seems to have gotten off key so I am closing it...I removed minors from my facebook and my blog minors dont know about unless they actively search for something specific which my blog is not But I have disclaimers everywhere that show is over 18 No minors allowed. Even removed the singer but will also talk to an attorney soon thank you all for input.
