What is the name of your state? New York

One of my suppliers whose products are sold on our web site has sent us a letter stating that the prices we list on our web site for their items can not be lower than 25% off their suggested retail price. For example, if their suggested retail price is $100, then we can not show a selling price less than $75.

Is this legal?
