Why ?

Don't give her any pictures and tell her she does not get to see the child to take her own pictures if she continues.

Not without a lot of money... Who took the pictures ? Are you saying that a threat of not seeing her grand children for a while will do nothing ?

My mother couldn't careless about seeing the Grandchildren, She is a very mean miserable person. I don't care that she already has pictures of my children, she knows that she will not be receiving any more pictures. She sits in these chat rooms with people she calls her friends and tells them what a wonderful mother and grandmother she is, which is the biggest lie ever. I would just like to stop her from posting their pictures on the internet for anyone and everyone to see. She has also told these 'friends' where we live and just about everything else about our lifes. Maybe I am bias, but I have two blonde hair, blue eyed children that I would prefer no one find for their own means. I do not plan on taking any legal action against her, after all she is my Mother. Just please give me some sort of advice to make her back off...Thanks!

Isn't this kind of like Child endangerment? I mean with the posibility of some sick-o attempting to kidnap the children, or worse.

You mean there are no laws that will protect the children? Could she take her "loving" mother to court for anything?

She didn't give permission to post those pictures or anything like that, so what could her options be? - Besides "not without a lot of money"?

Is there a possibility of you moving to another area, getting a P.O. Box, and changing your phone number? What about a restraining order to prohibit her from coming near you, and the children, maybe include no posting pictures on the net.
