I received a list of interrogatories yesterday. Ex wants to know my current address, income, blah blah blah. I'm fine with everything except my current address. I don't want him to know where i live. Have order of protection in effect and the conditions of bond are he has to stay more than 500 feet from my house. He knows i still live in same town as he does. But due to the protection order, can i keep my address confidential?

Is there a standard set of questions for these interrogatories or can the other person just request anything that he wants to know about me?

Also, i thought this was funny, he wants to know if i've had anyone following him or spying on him. I had to laugh at that one just because he's done that to me before! I guess he figures i would do it to him. LOL!

Easy. It's to keep him away on the off chance he DOES find out where she lives, and also if they should happen to find themselves at the same place, like a store, a mall, a park, etc.

In other words, the Restraining Order takes more into account than merely just where our writer lives.

I do have an attorney. The communication is not there though. I am looking into hiring a different attorney, but i'm not sure if i should wait and see what happens with the criminal case or go for it now. His preliminary is next Monday.

He might know where i live, but if he doesn't i don't want to let him know. IMO, as long as i'm in the same town that's all he needs to know.

Oh, him and his family do have my home and cell phone numbers if that matters to anyone. He is also supposed to stay away from my daughters school and he does know where that is.

I know exactly what I would advise you. However, the fact remains that you are represented by counsel and, as difficult as it might be for you to understand, I don't want to interfere with your attorney's potential strategy.

Ask your attorney. Perhaps the "good half" of his brain will help you.

Thanks IAAL, i understand why and that's fine. If i can get in touch with my attorney, i will ask him. Hopefully i won't have to list my address.

LMSP- Why didn't i think of that? LOL! I'm curious to see if he has hired anyone to spy on me. It's been a while since i've been stalked, i just don't know what to do with myself.

I was thinking also that he wants to see my bank records so he gets to see the cs amount that i got!
