This is getting old, I know. Please help me discern my rights in my case.
There is an intimate video, filmed in my house, with an ex-lover. The ex is in posession of the video and refuses to destroy the video. I don't want, obviously, anyone else to view the video. I don't want to view it myself.
Filming of the video was consentual.
Do I have any rights to ask that the video be turned over to me or that it be destroyed?

I guess my question is: when voyerism laws talk about "without consent" - does that only mean during the time of the filming? Can I argue that the ex-lover no longer has my consent to own or view that video?

Even if he gave you the origional it doesn't mean he won't have copies made.

Face it you are screwed and anytime your ex wants he can watch you being screwed.

You have no argument. The video belongs to him and you.

i think he should get in trouble for not getting your consent

It doesn't matter what you think he did have her conset while filming the video and that is all that matters.
