I witnessed city property vandalism in my neighborhood and am also a part of an organized neighborhood attempt to get rid of the afore mentioned nuisance, drug dealing , scum bag vandals. Since the day a registered letter was received by them from the neighborhood several of the young adults associated with the problem property have acted as follows: loitering in front of my house in groups of 5 or 6 using foul language, flipping skateboards, parking very and unnecessarily close to my car, revving engines, all when I am alone at home with my children.
Our local city council and attorney are aware of our efforts to abate this nuisance and are assisting us as quickly as they can. Until these people are ousted...

Can I now add witness intimidation/retaliation to our eventual civil suit against them and the property owner since both tenants and landlord received the same letter?

What can I do in the meantime to protect myself and my children?
