If you have neighbors who's kids are a little wild and do things that could be and or are dangerous and you keep an eye out occasionally on what they're doing is this considered invasion of privacy?

Not generally, no. But invasion of privacy can depend on how you are keeping an eye out for them and where.

I have a full wall window view that overlooks their backyard along with my deck and property. As I type I can look to the left of the screen and see a large part of their property.
There have been problems in the neighborhood and I wound up in the middle. I Do not intentionally stand and watch but sometimes things like something loud like a firecracker going off tends to get me to watch what is going on. They do some things that in my opinion are dangerous and sometimes I fear they could cause damage to my property. Another neighbor caught one with a lighter. There are a couple of other things but I don't feel comfortable posting for all to see. Do some of you discuss and address some things if sent a private message?

Some of the members accept private messages. I do not.

From what you have posted here, I can tell you that the neighbors probably think you are a snoop, but nothing you have described here is an invasion of their privacy. If you were to peer in their windows or take photos of them inside their house or record their conversations without their knowledge or use binoculars to keep them under close watch, then those would be considered invasive. But looking out into their yard through the window of your house, even if it is to keep an eye on these wild children and their plain-view activities, is not an invasion of privacy.

I suggest that if you see the neighbor children doing something dangerous, you contact their parents (if you have a civil relationship with them) and/or the police.

Thanks. That's what I thought and I don't have civil friendship with the parents and refrain from calling the police unless it's a severe threat as I've angered these people already over their burning things that are an extreme hazard to everything living.
