I worked at a web development firm about 2.5 years ago developing 95% of what would eventually become the basis of a patent that the firm was going to apply for. I made sure i was named as an inventor on that patent application (1 of 4 inventors). I left that company last year because they were basically taking me for a ride and not very honest about their intentions. To this day I still do not have a copy of the patent application after asking for it numerous amounts of time (sorry, I am young an Naive). I had always questioned if in fact they actually included me as an inventor. Anyways, recently i found on the http://www.wipo.int/ that they actually publish records of the patent applications. I finally found what i was looking for. In fact my name WAS on it. I also found that sometime early this year that I was REMOVED as an inventor. Can they legally do this without notifying me?

A little backgound: After i left the company they refused to pay me a debt of a little more than 30K after I refused to sign a retroactive contract stating all works I had done belonged to the company.

Any advice?
