The Indiana court custody order gave me custody of minor child and stated child will live with Dad in Mich and former spouse will pay support. This custody order is irreversible that daughter is not free to return to mom's house. I had the court specify this because custody changed 4 times in five years... daughter and mom can't get along and keep changing custody to suit themselves when things are not going to their satisfaction.

State of IN visitation law requires I allow summer visitation. Former spouse would not let minor child return to Dad's custody after summer visitation. I called the Police in Idiana, they said I must hire an attorney - they do not get involved in civil matters like this. I said I hired an attorney and have a court order. They said I need another court order to enforce the court order in place. I told former spouse I was cocming to get minor child and would call the Police to enforce the court order. She went to an attorney and got a restraining order to stop me. She enrolled minor child in school illegally and state of IN county prosecutor & friend of the court would do nothing except tell me to contact my local prosecuting attorney in MI and fill out Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) paperwork and they can forward to the appropriate county prosecutor for enforcement. What is the name of your state?
