What is the name of your state? OR

The IRS froze my bank account and started garnishing wages for 2003 taxes owed. I'm pretty sure I can't discharge the taxes but I should be able to get the account freezing and garnishments stopped????

The papers for my chapter 7 should be filed next week. What do I do to get my account and wages back?
