What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I am currently in active foreclosure in Ohio. Long story short - I lost my job, found a new one but was underemployed and have struggled for the last 5 years, I was able to keep things up until last May (2011) the bank (US Bank) said they would work with me to find resolution but have only dragged their feet and now I am in foreclosure. Ironically, I am now making a lot more money and can afford to make my payments without problem, however I have a large past-due balance that I cannot pay all at once. I got a letter from the court stating that I am scheduled to appear for a Case Management Conference on 12/3 at 9:45am before a local judge. Can anyone tell me what I can/should expect from this? Is this the same as mediation? How should I prepare? What should I take with me? I'm really confused and am alone in this...any advice or information would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

AFAIK, these are simply "status reports" before the court, to see where both parties are on the litigation process, in order to plan for and schedule future hearings to move that process along.
