Is a Warrent out there?

What is the name of your state? NJ

Is there a way to find out if a warrent has been sent out against my ex-wife? It is not from anything of my filing but i know she has had some troubles recently and I am wondering if there is a way for me to find out if there is an existing warrent out for her?

She drives around with my kids and goes to alot of places, and last thing i want is for her to be picked up and my kids be put in care with social services if this is the case.

Any information would be appreciated.

Warrants most of the time are not public record, call the court house where you live and ask them, every state is different on that. They may give you the information, but I doubt it, this is only my opinion though, and I could be wrong!
