What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

Is allowing an Unlicensed Driver to Operate my Vehicle in NJ a misdemeanor or summary offense or what?

The ticket took place in 2014 and the statute no. is 39:3-37.1(b).

Thank you

NJ doesn't have misdemeanors, this is a disorderly person offense.
However, AJ is right that this is the equivalent of a misdemeanor in other states. It will show up on your criminal record and you can go to jail over it.
