Dear Lawer:
I came to USA with a F2 visa.I got a PHD
degree from my homeland.About 4 months ago,I accept a post, and the employer began to apply the H1B visa for me.I have worked as a volunteer for 4 months since then.By now,H1B visa is arriving, the boss says I am not suitable for the job.But one month ago ,In his support letter to apply for the H1B visa,he says I am well qualified ( I have worked as a volunteer for 3 month.)What can I do?I have lost many working chance during 4 month.
Sincerely yours chee
