Well, since your so clear with what happened and in which embassy, we can really narrow it down...

But basically, yeah, the service hours were not open.

Why wouldn't that be ok?

What is the part of the story that would change that?

What does non-violent mean in context of what you are saying?

basicaly here a quick version of my story, the day before this my wife went in for her imm. visa interview, and i went to go with her into the embassy. so they told me i couldnt go in, i pretty much said that is bull****, and if i cant go in with her to sit and wait for her interview then i would go in and go to ACS to file a complaint about the security provedures and people.. after a half hour of arguing it out in thai with the thai sec.. guards the sec. manager came out and he knew he isfact could not keep me out, so they let me in..

i went the complain but there was no complain form or sugestion box. there was nothing so i just complained with the guy at acs and got on to my true mission... which was taking care of the issues with my wifes imm visa...
they basically are toiling around with us because the dont belive the valididity of my marrige, probaly because of the 27 year age differance... but they lost her documents for the third time so i went in to argue her points...

the arugment went ok, i even managed to get him to admit his fault a few times... so i left and walked away with a partial victory... but on the phone that night i was advised to get everyones name involved in my case, so they could get a call from my friend the NY congressman.. but they wouldnt let me in the gate, and i came before closing time, but in the hour that it took for them to call the sec. manager, it was past time... i didnt even need to go into acs, just look at the pictures on the wall that have everone and the possitions... but they still wouldnt let me in, and the the sec mangaer lied to my face telling me i could find there names and pics on the internet...
so now i have to wait til monday to take care of these fools...

so xylene thanks for you super quick responce...
where my rights violated??
do i have a right to know everyones name??
sec dude wouldnt give his name up, only his possiton??

Based on your post, I would say that the folks at the embassy acted very prudently...

Will getting pissy with the embassy staff help or hurt your wife's goal? It sounds like you are a pain in the butt and are experiencing what happens when you tick off the bureaucrats.
