Also how long after knowing that there is alledged trafficing going in a school zone can the law inforcement wait to make an arrest?
And how can we approach that fact that an informant didnt turn in all of the drugs that were purchsed?

You can sue anyone for anything. But I can't imagine a city would be held liable for the actions of an individual. Unless the CI was told to attack you by the police or another city employee, I can't see that there is a nexus.

As long as it takes to make a case. I'm not sure of the statute of limitiations on drug offenses in OH but I imagine they have a few years in which to file.

Tell your attorney and he can bring it up to the prosecution and maybe they can get the informant as well! Keep in mind that bringing this up means confessing to sales.
