What is the name of your state?Arizona
My ex is about is well over $50,000 behind in child support. We have 3 kids together. The youngest was 18 in June. The divorce took place in Utah. I now live in Arizona. The last time I saw any money from him was about 2 yrs ago. That was just $300. Our divorce took place about 14 yrs ago. At that time we were able to chose whether he would pay through the state or give the money directly to me. Foolishly for me we went with just having him pay me directly. He paid for the first 2 yrs and then stopped. Is it too late for me to go after him for the back support? What would be the best way to it?
Any advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.

Its not too late....but you are going to need an attorney to handle it. Unless you are certain that he has money/assets that you can collect against, you may end up throwing good money after bad.
