My sister is dating a man who has two ex-wives, each of which has a child support order. If she marries him can the wives go after HER money to get an increase in child support?

No she has no obligation to support his children. She should however be careful not to have any kids with this guy. She'll be last in line.

If your sister shares a joint bank account with him (a joint anything, really) it can be levied and/or attached.

(again only if it's a joint account - they can't touch anything she has in her name only)
