What is the name of your state? Arkansas

Here is a quick run down before my question..

My ex and I have two children, he was given temporary custody of the eldest, because the eldest wanted to stay with dad, I have the youngest, we have the original order of support from the first custody hearing. My question is;
Am I still entitled to receive support for the one child that I have right now? The original order is still on file, the judge did not place an order to cease CS. Any help on this would be great.. I have called both the CSE and the CS clearing house in AR and they told me that unless another order was in place then the father is still obligated regardless if i have only one and he has 4.. right now I just don't know...

Unless the court has modified their order, he is still obigated to comply with it.

Thank for replying.. The order is for 711.00 for both children, that was done on just his income, at that time i was not working, in better terms I was and still am a stay at home mom. I don't want to take from the eldest child, I know that if i was to pursue this, then the father will want support from me also, which is fine, any idea on how they might figure the amount out?? Thanks...

Example:

Child support calculation says that you owe him 250.00 a month for one child.

Child support calculation says that he owes you 500.00 a month for one child.

He would be ordered to pay you 250.00 (500.00 - 250.00 = 250.00) a month and you would be ordered to pay nothing.
