Hi I work for Norfolk Southern and we have a safety meetings in morning, afternoon, and at night. I used to work on 1st shift as of about 3 weeks ago. While I was on first shift during one of the safety meetings a general foreman that works there that I contacted to let him no that I wasn't going to make it due to medical reasons. He ask me why and, I proceeded to explain he then said ok. Well my dad also works for the RR on 1st shift and was in that safety meeting, the general foreman come down and disclosed everything that I had told him. The medical condition was: my urethra line was inflammed to the point that in made my testacles swell. Now there were several comments made about it and I let him know that I really didn't like it all that much and I still debating to whether I have a case to go on or not. Can someone please help me out and let me know if they are in violation. Note: there is nothing supposed to be discussed in a safety meeting but safety, rules, rule violations, and letting other people know if someone got hurt due to a rule violation, not medical issues...
