My house was built in 1998. Since then I have had numerous problems including 2 roof leaks, 2 entry doors not properly hung, shingles getting blown off the roof, cracked grouting, and now the soffit under my porch roof is falling off. I know there is lemon law for vehciles, what about houses? I live in PA. and I'm at my wits end.

You have raised a concrete point.
What is the average cost of a new vehicle: $20-50K? What is the average cost of a new home: $200-300K. There is a lemon law for vehicles but not for homes.
