I am a bar manager at a restaurant, and a bartender had a conflict with a coworker, resulting in her punching the guy in the face. The acting manager on duty let her finish her shift, and she came in for another shift the next day. At the end of her shift, she was fired by the GM. She now wants to sue for the manner she was fired, because she believes it was handled wrongly, and she should not have been made to work her last shift. Would she have any sort of case with this?
