Is there an Answer Form - simple question?

What is the name of your state? California

The court wont give me an answer to this...One of my creditors has filed an objection to the discharge of the money/cash advance they credited me on a Mastercard and the court has set up and adversary proceeding. Is there a form I must use to answer their reply or do I just put it in a letter?
