In 1996 I signed an open adoption agreement (with visitation rights) for my daughter. The adoption never happened. My daughter was evenually placed in permanent guardianship with my parents. Since that time we have been working together along with the childs therapist for reunifcation. She is now 12. Is this possible is the eyes of the court for me (her mother) after signing adoption papers to seek gaurdianship? in the state of Massachusettes?

Anything is possible. Why don't you see a couple of attorney's with a free consultation and see what they can tell you. It is likely there are particulars you would need to recieve an informed response.
