Constructive discharge is a case where you quit but you hold that it was your only option because of a hostile work environment. Most people don't understand what a hostile work environment really is. It's not just that your boss is mean to you.

Your options are to apply for unemployment and if you are denied because they said you voluntarily quit, you can counter with examples as to why you didn't have a constructive choice other than to leave. Other than that, you're likely not to have any remedy. You'll have to really explain what happened here if you want more information.
