Can my Ex file a modification to have her CS increased because she is on maternity leave with a baby with her new husband? She claims my current CS amount should increase because she is currently not working and not sure if she wants to go back to work. Does this sound right? Common sense and instinct tells me that at the worse the court would use her imputed income to determine if there are any changes if so.

Thanks.

she can file but it is unlikely that a judge would grant a modification
