What is the name of your state? michigan

my son works as a bartender and this is a small town. all of the officers know the vehicle he drives and at least 3 to 4 times a week, i guess they get bored and follow him home. sometimes he drives out of his way home (just to see how long they will follow him)and sometimes they stay a half a car length from his bumper. the other night he had a few drinks and was going to walk home. he will park his car downtown and leave it if he drinks. a friend insisted on picking him up adn driving hime home from the bar. the driver was arrested for impaired. the catch is that earlier the officer came into the bar and infront of witmesses said he was going to get him(my son). the driver did blow .09 (a little gal and she did not have much to drink)which by law she was in the wrong...(goes to show that it does not take much to put you over the legal limit). they like to park outside the bar and selictively pick. he knows because he cuts off a lot of the older people who are shall we say community leaders. we have yet to see the police report as to why she was pulled over. the officer was trying to get my son to get behind the wheel to drive the truck home. he refused and the officer was visibly pissed. When is it considered harassment, about seven years ago someting happened and my son made a fool of this officer. he swore upo and down that my son was involved but he was at home helping me install a ceiling fan at the time. should i file a complaint with the county or go to the police chief? or should he have someone ride with him as a witmess with a camcorder? will this provoke him. so far my son is making it a game of it driving around and waving hi as he pulls into the driveway.
