What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

There is an entertainment website Femail Magazine - Empowering Every Woman
based in Australia. They have an interview with my name, which entails questions they claim I had answered. I had no knowledge of this website till i did a google search for my name. My question is , is this legal? What can I do to have this removed? thanks

Impersonating interviews are not unheard of today. You should consult them first to check what the intention of using your identity was. I believe it should be taken down.

Email the webmaster to have it removed. If it is not, you can try to contact the host of the site/domain and tell them of the issue and see if they will help. Other than that, I do not know what to tell you. :/
