I was just wondering if it is legal and or binding if a home builder asks you this question. " Have you ever been in a legal action with any home builder?"

Is it legal for them to discriminate in this way and not sell the house to you if you answer "yes" to the question?

Also can they void the contract because of an accidental wrong answer to this question.
