I have been diagnosed and currently on medication for hypertension. I get really bad panic attacks. I started employment with a company and today was my first day. They say on their website no cold calling. I found out today that's all my job is, cold calling...I almost had a melt down and ended up taking 2 sedatives just to calm down because of all the calls I had to deal with. Is this legal? To falsely advertise about a job like this? If i had known about this in the beginning I never would have taken it, I could have been rushed back to the ER.
