What is the name of your state?Hi, William from Mo. here. I just was wondering if my Idea is patent worthy? I have put together a home remedy that will not only stop sunburn itch on contact but also will, in most cases, cure a hemorrhoid overnight.I threw the Preperation H away . Several freinds have told me I should patent it and sell it. Just a combination of a few herbs and minerals.
Was also wondering who I could sell my idea to or market it myself, that is providing there's not a patent already. I 'm not highly educated on these type of things but I do know patents are expensive. Is there a reputable source that I could get to help market this home remedy or help to make it in a more appealing form or package?
Thanks to anyone who can answer any of my questions.

Dealing with patents can be very expensive. There is a reason that the majority of patents are held by professionals with lots of capital backing up their research.

If you are serious about licensing this "idea", you should find a patent attorney in your area and try to sit down for a free consultation about the costs involved.

Good luck!
