What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? all across the USA

so, I was reading a few of my favorite websites and I ran across this:

Hyper-light-speed antenna patent # 6,025,810

http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6,025,810.PN.&OS=PN/6,025,810&RS=PN/6,025,810

I claim:

1. A method to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves comprising:

generating opposing magnetic fields each having a plane of maximum force running perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the respective magnetic field;

generating heat from a heat source along an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the magnetic field;

generating an accelerator parallel to and in close proximity to the heat source, thereby creating an electromagnetic injection point; and

generating a communication signal into the electromagnetic injection point, thereby sending and receiving the communication signal at a speed faster than a known speed of light.

Did I miss when the laws were changed? Is Mr. Einstein aware of this new development? Maybe I'm just not reading enough of the patent to see what is going on. Since it is generally accepted that nothing can move faster than the speed of light, at best, the patent would have to be patenting a theory (yet there is a nice drawing to follow to actually make one of these and I didn't see any unobtainium used) so presumably, somebody could make this antenna and test it so it would remove it from theoretical claims.

anybody know enough to clue me in?

Shhhhhh, the only ones utilizing it currently are the aliens they are breeding with humans inside the unknown mountain in Colorado. They communicate with their relatives and commanders.

From what I remember of my High School Physics discussion of Einstein's theories (it was probably the year after he published), mass approaches infinity as speed approaches the speed of light. The formula breaks down at the speed of light due to an attempted division by zero. The formula DOES work for speeds greater than the speed of light.

So, there's no prohibition of speed faster than light - there's just no way to get there without passing throught the speed of light.

Given that the speed of light has been demonstrated to not always be a constant, your blanket statement us incorrect.

I am aware that the speed of light can change. However any other particle or wave traveling in that same medium could not travel faster than the speed of light in that medium. So my blanket statement is correct.
