North Carolina, 6 yr marriage, seperated 9 mths, no income my husband was income provider, i had small job here we lived as park manager, husband lives in SC now since July2000 , kicked me and my 8 yr old son out our home in Sept. he has lawyer i dont now i am back in the home til divorce is final, he pays mortgage $227.mth, lot reant 200.mth and car 287.mth for me he makes $4707 mth lives with his mom . I am having troulble finding a job after being out of work force for 6 yrs, was manager here in the pk i live but when he kicked me out i lost job he has taken over all accounts as of august and did it unknowingly to me he says he does not owe me anything else other than the few payments he makes for me that it was my fault i chose to be his wife/homemaker i have to borrow money to pay electric/phone bill every mth . I want to know if i am entitled to spousel support at all other than what he does for me. He owns lots of land in sc and is getting a disibilty settlement in a couple of wks which we both have been fighting for for 3 yrs the settlement is $300,000 because he filed married and 2 dep. at the time of accident and now says i am not entitled to any of it, is that true, if it wasnt for me and my son he wouldn't get so much according to his workers comp lawyer so i think i am entitled to something he also receives pension benefits and ss benefits am i entitled to any of his pension. he also says he can make me move out at any time cause the home is in his name even though we bought it after we married is that true? he has raised my son since he was 9 mths old and says that he shouldn't have to me with him any because he's not his is that true? He spends a lot of money on his family in sc and i have to go to shelters for meals and to dss for help with electric bills he comes here anytime he likes and demands to stay with me and wants sex i dont let him stay and he just threatens to stop making those pymnts for me he says he can come in this house anytime because it is in his name, can he do that?He has hired people to follow me around and break into my home to try and scare me into not being by my self he says eventually i will need him cause i cant make it on my own he knows of me going to the shelter and dss for help but says its what i deserve , doesnt offer to help he hopes i will get fed up and go back with him but thats not going to happen now after i know how he really is.Can i get a restraining order on him even though he lives in another state? Please give me some advice it will be greatly appreciated, thank you jill
