I am trying to find out the limitations if any on children and the bill of rights and the constitution.

second, I am trying to find out what can as a child, can they do and at what age, IE...enter into contracts etc or to make any decision without parental consent. I have searched and searched and either I am wording it wrong, or all my questions must be answered in a different way. I just cant seem to get even one hit in the Virginia code and statute. with exceptions about abuse and sex acts and this is not what i mean or am looking for.
