Hello All,

I am seeking your advice on the following:

I actually have 2 questions:

1. I got my 3 No Objection certificates for J1 waiver in 2005 end. However I did not file for waiver that time. Now I want to file for waiver. Will those certificates still hold good for applying. How much time it takes to get waiver (for Indians)

2. When J1 waiver is in process can my spouse's employers file an H1B petition?
