I've had family visiting so I haven't been on in a few days. I saw your thread titled "2nd job and more CS?" and couldn't post a reply because the thread is locked. I have some info that might help your fiance.
This is a partial quote of your post:
" LIke i said the whole purpose of the 2nd job was so that we could have some extra money and now it seems like its all going towards his 1 child in NYC and we have a daughter..."
Is the daughter you wrote about your's and your fiance's daughter? If so, he needs to talk to the DOR with proof that he has another child to support. Florida law allows a NCP to have a secondary job and that income is exempt from CS, as long as the NCP has a second family to support. (some states allow deductions for other children, this is Florida's way of doing the same thing).
Although he owes arrears, as long as the pay from the first job is enough to pay the current support and at least 5% of that as arrears payments, the 2nd income will be exempt from garnishment.
