Recruited to this international company to provide management expertise and direction handling six independent sales agencies. Nurtured relations, serving as primary source of communication between Brooks Sports, agents and customers. Oversaw and trained 19 sales representatives with direct responsibility for more 300 accounts. Substantially grew business and increased profitability through the implementation of unique marketing initiatives.
