Promptly after filing motions to verify the compliant, the judge denied without comment that motion. Tomorrow is D-Day (arrangement) I intend to file a motion to reconsidered and if he refuses, I plan to appeal to another court. Any help you can give I am always liable, would be appreciated. Anyone else got any ideas.
