Good guess, Ukiah...I'm 6'5"!

I haven't talked to "the troll" since the other day when I called to talk to my son. Her mom is the one who usually e-mails us and I haven't heard from her either. Apparently they're speechless.

I'm taking a copy of the show to my attorney next week. We'll have to see if her stupidity can help me out any.

By the way, did anyone notice how my wife was laughing as "the troll" was making her closing comments and we were standing behind her? It was because "the troll's" dress was too small and she couldn't zip it the last 3-4" to the top!

My Dad is 6'4", brothers are also, so it wasn't too hard of a guess!

That's great, hopefully you can get custody....Preston would benefit more with you - by what we've seen on JJ.

My response:

Hey Zippy,

I have another question. Do you get drunk very often or, when you do get plastered on rare occassion, do you have a tendency to do things without thinking ?

This is the only thing I can think of that "forced" you to marry the Troll.

I cannot believe, that someone with your intellect, and being of sound mind, would actually marry a Troll.

Please tell me you were drunk, or at least, using hallucinigenic mushrooms all during your courtship of Dracula's mother.

Either that, or please tell me that she was actually quite beautiful in her younger years, looked like a Pin Up Girl, and just ballooned out on Bon-Bons after you guys were married.

Something went very wrong in the "experiment". Was there an explosion in the Laboratory ?

My response:

No, I'm very serious !

Perhaps the marriage took place on some "Atol Island", perhaps Bikini Island, where nuclear bombing experiments were taking place, and the Troll is the "after affect" of such bombing.

I cannot believe that this bright, handsome, tall, extremely literate, guy had actually given his consent to marriage without being threatened or coerced in some manner.

I realize that "opposites attract", but in this case, the Troll is so far off one side of the guage as to be an abberration of nature.

Now, if the Zipster looked like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, I could understand. But, the fact remains, he looks like he could model for GQ Magazine !

Thanks for your compliments, IAAL!

Here's a short version of my marriage to the Troll. When I lived in Atlanta, I did spend most of my non-working hrs. in the bars. That's where I met her. (That should've told me something.) For some strange reason, I ended up with her. In my defense, she was a slim 120 lbs. then. (By the way, she's only 22 & I'm 26.)

She moved in w/me to get away from her mom. (Another hint of what was to come.) The next mo. she said she was pregnant. My Dad kept hounding me because he said I was a bad influence on my two little sisters for getting a girl pregnant and not marrying her. So we got married a mo. before my son was born. A mo. after the baby was born we moved up here & moved in w/my mom. (September.) That's when the Troll turned psycho. She tried to kill herself a couple times and blamed it on post-partum depression. I tried to work things out, but she was just acting nuts. In March 99 I had her served w/papers & kicked her out. That's when I met my new wife where I worked.

We were divorced in June(?). My new wife and I married in September. Let me tell you the Troll went psycho about that, too!

Good going!

I read this post on Wednesday or Thursday and low and behold, on Friday when I came home, it happened to be on the TV (we leave it on to calm our 3 dogs down:) Sat down and watched it. Very inspiring. I normally don't watch Judge Judy because I find her brash and annoying, but it was SO great to see her lay into someone that richly deserved it. I too, detest trolls that prevent good Dads from having a relationship with their kids. And wow, I can't believe you're only 26. You handle yourself with the self-assuredness of someone twice your age and you're very intelligent. Your trollish ex, on the other hand, looked like a complete idiot and ALOT older than 22 (maybe it was the extra 200 pounds). I'm surprised she wasn't pelted with tomatoes when she left.

My fiance loved it too. He is an NCP to his 2 girls, fortunately since his ex attempted to charge him with "domestic abuse" and the case was thrown out (and she received a severe tongue lashing by the judge about denying visitation), she's been as good as gold about letting him have the girls.

Anyways good luck with your custody battle, Zip. You deserve to have your son. We're all pulling for you!:)

my favorite part was when she was complaining about the emails and JJ read them.

here she was complaining and your emails basically made you out to be a saint. someone trying hard to make the best of the situation and to spend time with his child.

you did VERY WELL! my husband came in and was ready to leave and i wouldn't let him until it went off. he kept saying stuff like, come on, you don't know these people, what does it matter? and i was like, well, kind of i do. he was floored when i told him you were on this website.
