What is the name of your state? KS

I am Pro'se in Probate court trying to get a guardianship of my handicapped son. The Judge ruled against me due to subject matter jurisdiction and dismissed my petitioner. I was assigned the task of making the Journal Entry. I did that, and opposing attorney signed the JE as I did. It has been sitting on the Judges desk for 6 months. The judge knows that I intend to appeal. What can I do to get this order signed so that I can appeal?

Call and make nice with the judge's secretary to have her get him to sign it. BTW- I am assuming that you are talking about subject matter jurisdiction...but usually there is jurisdiction or not...there really isn't much to appeal. You better see a lawyer.
