Pennsylvania. I have a credit card judgement for 10k. I have a vehicle that is titled in both my name and my sons name who is an adult. Can they take the car with my sons name on it since he has nothing to do with my debt?

PA does not exempt vehicles from judgment

So, yes, the creditor can take the car by getting a court order.

The creditor would sell the car and give your son his half of the equity in the car and keep the rest to pay down your debt.

On the other hand, if you put your son on the title in an effort to keep it from the creditor, a court may allow the creditor to keep all the equity.
